In the last three weekends of June and in the first weekend of July this year there will be the Lavender Festival 2024, an unmissable event that will be held in Castelnuovo di Assisi at the nursery “The Lavender of Assisi”.

The Lavender Festival is a unique event that allows you to immerse yourself in a beautiful, fragrant and colorful landscape, framed by the magnificent background of Assisi. The 3-hectare garden is home to rows of flowering lavender, with a variety of colors from pink to blue, purple to lilac and white.
Activities and Attractions
During the festival weekends, visitors can stroll through the garden of ornamental sage trees, admire the small lakes and take part in guided tours and the distillation of lavender. It will also be possible to buy plants and handicrafts stuffed with lavender flowers.
Exclusive Experiences
The festival offers yoga classes, ointments and oleolites courses, and demonstrations of distillation of lavender flowers. There will also be two refreshment points with cooked lunches while, every Saturday evening and Sunday evening, Picnic dinners among the rows with live music or DJ sets will make the event even more special.
